Team Composition:

Each team consists of 7 players on the court, with additional substitutes on the bench.

Raid:

A raider must cross the opponent's baulk line, tag opponents, and return to their side within 30 seconds while chanting "Kabaddi".

Defense:

Defenders aim to stop the raider by tackling or holding them before they return to their side.

Scoring:

A raider earns points for each opponent they tag, while defenders earn points for successful tackles.

Bonus Line:

Raiders can earn an extra point by crossing the bonus line if there are at least 6 defenders on the court.

Out and Revival:

A player is out if tagged or tackled, and re-enters when their team scores a point.
