Chiasma 2025 – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Chiasma 2025, the official app for AIIMS Bhubaneswar’s national-level socio-cultural fest. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the app and its services. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old to use this app.

If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to participate in ticket purchases or transactions.

3. Event Registration & Ticketing

Tickets and passes purchased through the app are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

Bulk ticket sales for corporate or group purchases are subject to separate agreements.

Entry to Chiasma 2025 is subject to verification of ticket authenticity. The organizers reserve the right to deny access in case of fraudulent tickets.

4. Code of Conduct

Attendees must adhere to the rules and guidelines set by AIIMS Bhubaneswar.

Harassment, disruptive behavior, or any actions that threaten the safety of others will lead to removal from the event without a refund.

5. Content & Usage

Users must not misuse the app for unauthorized promotions, spam, or any activity violating Play Store policies.

Any content shared within the app (e.g., posts, comments) should be respectful and relevant to the event.

We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content and suspend user access if necessary.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

The app collects only necessary personal data (e.g., name, email, phone number) to facilitate event registration and ticketing.

User data will not be sold or shared with third parties except for legal or operational purposes.

7. Liability & Disclaimers
